To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the security tag in place.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of shipment date and items must be received within 21 days of shipment date. Items received after 21 days or with the security tag missing, tampered with or removed cannot be returned.

To request a return:
1. Contact Customer service either by phone 984-275-1800 or email email@example.com to initiate return process.
2. You will receive a return request confirmation email with a summary of your request, instructions for sending your return. Once you receive your confirmation email, please follow the instructions provided to complete your return.

Items sold in our periodic Clearance Sales are a FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned.

We understand that returns are important to our clients. However, if we determine in our sole discretion that a client is returning an unreasonable number of purchases, we may restrict or refuse that client’s access to Purple Creek.
You will receive an email once your return has been received. Please allow 48 hours for authentication verification and processing. Once completed, we will refund you for your purchase as described below. Please note, credit card refunds may take up to five to seven business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers.
